Since the inception of Enrich Leadership Network in 2018 in Ghana, the organization under the leadership of Rev. Albert Botchway, has reached out to more than 932 pastors and church leaders from over 30 different church denominations in Ghana with sound biblical teachings on church growth and building a strong ministry in fulfilling the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. These conferences among other things have enlightened pastors and church leaders to be committed to the great call of God by writing down workable and modern systems and structures to manage the growth of the church.
