The Church in Ghana is growing exponentially but with no depth in some areas. There is discipleship deficit, and thereby it has become dysfunctional in many ways. The deification of pastors, the self-gratification gospel; the prophetic and deliverance messages has been the emphasis in many churches. Enrich Leadership Network’s call is to come along side churches to challenge them to make discipleship a priority.
